This policy explains how ChangeControl uses cookies and similar browser storage. ChangeControl is owned, developed and maintained by Quesabyte IT Solutions (PTY) LTD.

2. What We Do Not Use Cookies For
- ChangeControl does not require advertising cookies.
- ChangeControl does not require third-party behavioural tracking cookies.
- ChangeControl does not sell cookie-derived personal information.
3. Consent and Continued Use
Strictly necessary cookies are required for security and cannot be disabled inside the application. By using ChangeControl, you acknowledge that these cookies are needed to provide authentication, MFA, CSRF protection, session timeout and audit integrity.
4. Managing Cookies
You can remove ChangeControl cookies in your browser. Doing so signs you out and may require you to repeat MFA or preference steps. If your organisation has a cookie notice requirement, the MSP or instance owner is responsible for presenting any additional notice required by local law.
