Software License Notice
ChangeControl is proprietary commercial software owned, developed and maintained by Quesabyte IT Solutions (PTY) LTD, www.quesabyte.co.za. It is not freeware, public domain software or open-source software.
1. Grant of Use
Subject to a valid license, subscription, demo authorisation or written agreement from Quesabyte IT Solutions (PTY) LTD, the licensed MSP may install and use ChangeControl for its internal MSP change-control operations and authorised customer approval workflows.
2. Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, rental, publication or redistribution unless Quesabyte IT Solutions (PTY) LTD authorises it in writing.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, modification to bypass licensing, removal of ownership notices or use to build a competing product.
- No sharing of license keys outside the licensed MSP or authorised deployment.
- No use after expiry, suspension or termination except to export records where permitted by agreement or law.
3. Updates
Update packages are provided for licensed or authorised deployments. Applying an update does not transfer ownership and does not grant rights beyond the active license tier.
4. Third-Party Components
ChangeControl may run on PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, cPanel and browser technologies that have their own licenses. MSPs are responsible for licensing and compliance for their server operating system, hosting environment and third-party services.
5. Ownership Notice
All Quesabyte and ChangeControl names, marks, product concepts, update feeds, licensing workflows and documentation remain the property of Quesabyte IT Solutions (PTY) LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
